  1. Connect to the FIN instance locally not via Edge2Cloud

  2. Open the Folio app → Launch

  3. Run this function: finEdge2CloudResetDeviceRegistration()

  4. Refresh the browser and try to re-register the instance again (a restart is not required)

Factory reset

Doing a factory reset, all configuration data and installed apps will be deleted. After the reset has been completed, you can remotely access the device logging in to the gateway with the default username and password (admin/admin). You’ll then need to re-install the applications.
