Edit Topics
We have created this tool to allow the user to edit previously created Note Topic (see here)Alarm and Note topics.
How to use Edit Topics
First, the user must will go to Users app
Then the user selects a user and go to Tools and from there go inside Subscriptions
In there he can see Edit Topics, at the bottom
After clicking it a new window will pop-up allowing the user to choose the Note Topic to edit from a drop down list
After hitting next the same window, as when creating a Note Topic appears. The user can modify every option available ( topic name, assignee, note tags and target tags)
- Topic name: the desired name of the topic
- Assign to: the user to which to assign the note topic
- Note tags: the user can select from a list of tags that he created in Note app (also see here )
- Target tags: a list of equips' tags
For both tags categories the user can switch between All Tags and Any Tags from the drop down lists
When finished with the changes and hit apply a confirmation window appears letting the user know that the Topic Note has been updated
Folio app → Launch.

Once inside the Folio App, the user will select Tools option.

In the Tools list, the user will select the Subscriptions option.

Then the user will find the Edit Topics option to edit existing topics.

Once the user selects it, the Edit Topics popup will appear. From here the user can select any of the available topics from the drop down to edit.

Once the user selects a topic, that topic will appear and they can make their modifications.

The user will select the Apply button once they are done. A success popup will appear letting the user know the changes have been updated.
