Location:
In Folio, click on the Tools menu at the top and click on the Advanced > Batch Tagging menu > Add Tags By Column button to open up the form.
The form will look like this when it opens up.
How To Use:
This form is used if you have a spreadsheet with a column to match records, such as a navName column to find all records with that navName, and wish to add tags and properties to those records.
The way this works is by finding all the records which match a certain column, in this case finding all records whose navName is AHU-1 or AHU-2.

Select the App Launcher icon on the top left
2. Select the Settings tile under Advanced Apps
This will open a drawer with the following options: Close, Launch, Menu
3. Select the Launch option to open the Folio application
4. Select the gear icon to open the tool list
5. Navigate and click on Add Tags By Column to open up the form: Advanced > Batch Tagging > Add Tags by Column
6. The Add Tags by Column form will open up
The form allows to find all the records which match a certain column (such as navName), then adds either marker tags or property tags to those records
7. Paste the excel data on the cursor area

Marker tags can either be specified as comma separated values under a "marker" column or as the column's name with a value of marker

In order to paste the table into the form, you must first copy the table to your clipboard.
Then you must click in the "Paste Tabular Data Here." so it shows a cursor like in a text area.
Then paste the table into the text area-ish cursor area.
That will make the form looks like this:
