The purpose of this form is to update Niagara with tags that were created in Finstack.FIN Stack.
Must have version 1.2.5.12 or newer of the nhaystack.jar for this to work:

The form can be accessed from the tools menu in Folio. It will be found under Connectors/Nhaystack with the display name of Haystack Sync to Niagara. The form may also be accessed by typing finHaystackSyncToNiagara() into the Folio command line.
The form has two input fields available. The combo box at the top is for selecting the available Haystack connection. The filter at the bottom is for specifying which records(s) in FINStack to update down in Niagara.
For instance if I filled out the filter with (point and equipRef->vav) then all the points that are under a vav equip will sync their tags down through the connector that is selected and into Niagara.
Say a Haystack point is given the tags "foo" and "bar".
The same point in Niagara does not not get updated with those tags.
But when you use the form to specify the connector and point(s) to update... and you hit apply...
Then the specified point gets updated in Niagara in terms of its tags.
Below is a list of the tags that don't get pushed back down to Niagara.
