Save Records
We have created this tool to help the user to save point records from the database (site/ floor/ equip/ point). This allows the user to be able to design a template ....to create point libraries to use with the Batch Record Creator.
How to use Save Records
This tool can be access in two locations: DB Builder or Folio

DB Builder
1. Select any object from the database: site, floor, equip, or point(s) to updatesave
2. Once selected, click the Tool button which is located on the bottom right
3. A pop-up called Tools will be displayed, navigate to the following: Create Batch Records > Save Site Records
Note: The name Save " " Record will vary. For example, the object chosen was site therefore the name of the application is called Save Site Records.

4. After the option has been selected there is going to be a popup window called Save Site TemplatePoint Records where it will display what site is being saved (City Center).

point(s) will be saved and to create a new file for point library.
Note
If a point library already exist, it will appear so that the user can choose from existing point libraries instead of creating a new one.

5. Select the Save button located on the bottom right of the popup window.
This will save the site points in a folder that can be access through the following:
Window(C:) > Program Files (x86) > FIN Framework > FIN Framework "version number" > var > proj > demo > io > equipLibraries

The same is valid when y ou you go to Folio, the user can go directly to the Tools button from the top menu and select Save Record.
