Download Saved Records

We have created this tool to help the user to download a record in the Record Creator

How to user Download Saved Records

The user can use this tool either from Folio or from DB Builder

 or 

In DB Builder any object from the database (site/ floor/ equip/ point - it does not matter) and go to Tools on the top menu, in there select Manage Saved Records.

Tools > Create Batch Records > Download Saved Records

The same is valid when you go Folio, the user can go directly to the Tools button from the top menu and select Manage Saved Records.

The same window will pop-up either way. And in this new window the user can select which record to download. 

In this case, we are downloading a site record. This was obtained through accessing the save site records.

After selecting a record to download, a new pop-up window will display once the user has selected the Ok button.

This pop-up window will display that the file is ready for download.
