BACnet: We now effectively manage errors for unsupported BACnet proprietary alarm event types.

BACnet schedules: Previously, the 'day-of-week' parameter was set to 'Any' for dates in exception schedules. With this update, the 'day-of-week' will specify a particular day. If the 'occurs every year' flag is enabled, it will be set to 'Any'.

DB Builder: You can now create records under Equip Tree nodes that have grid tags.

Folders: You can now effortlessly drag and drop items into folders that contain Chinese characters in DB Builder.

Folders: You can now expand tree nodes that contain folders with Chinese characters in DB Builder.

Modbus: We now support register maps encoded in UTF-8 with BOM (Byte Order Mark).

Modbus: Fixed an issue where applying a tuning policy with 'writeOnStart' and 'writeOnOpen' tags to connectors caused point statuses to go unknown. This also affected connector statuses, making offline connectors appear to be functioning correctly.
