Batch Tags

We have created this tool to help the user to add or remove tags from their graphics without having to navigate to the Graphics Builder application.

How to use Batch Tags

The user will go to Folio → Launch.

Then, once Folio is open, the user will select the Tools in the top right menu bar. The user will go to Tools > Graphics Tools > Batch Tags.

After the option has been selected, there is going to be a popup window with the required fields to execute what you want based on the graphics, filter, and tags chosen.

The required fields to fill out are:

Graphics: The user can select from a singular to multiple graphics in one single view. To select multiple use “Shift” and/or “Ctrl” keys.
Filter to Add Tags To: Filter what tag(s) you would like to access in the graphics
Tags: Here the user can either add or remove tag(s)

When all the fields have been filled in, the user can hit Apply and the form will move to the next stage.

This next stage will be a confirmation pop-up window. It will display the graphic's name(s) and how many modified tag(s) have been modified in that specific graphic.
