Importing Your Database

Note: The user will import database from 'Site' folder under the haystack connector.

This tool can only be used when a user has a database set up and imported from haystack connector by doing the following:

1. Install the latest Niagara NHaystack Module.
2. Connect to your haystack connector
3. Adding Haystacks slots to desired points.
4. Adding Haystack equips to all of your equipment.
5. Tagging up your database accordingly.

Importing your database will require:

1. Haystack slots on every point (unless the user selects NO on the haystack slot option when creating a connector).
   
2. Haystack equipment in every equipment folder because this will determine what shows up in the 'Site' folder. If you have 100 VAVs but only have haystack equipment under 50 of them, you will only be able to drag over 50 VAVs. Notice that the equipment you add determine the equipment shown under the 'Site' folder (See screenshot below).
   
3. Drag the entire site over into your DB Builder and your equipment will show up under a finMockfloor (unless floorRefs were assigned previously).
   
4. OPTIONAL: If you did not assign floorRefs to your equipment previously, you can start structuring your site by creating your floors and simply dragging multiple equipment under each floor.
