Saved Filters
We created a The Saved Filters tree that allows the user you to create and save commonly/ frequently used filters. Utilizing this tree with the Tag Bundles Tree makes it super a powerful tool. It will help You can save time by not having to go to folio and re-querying query the same filters every time or having have to memorize the different filters. All this does is queries the filters against the database.
Using Saved Filters
To use the Saved Filters tree, the user will want to make sure they set it as visible in the Select Tree ... drop-down. Once visible, the user you can select it in the Available Trees panel to create their custom filters to save and reuse. To see example, look at Tag Bundles Tree.
Create a New Saved Filter

To create a Saved Filter, the user would select the parent tree and then either :
- Select Saved Filters from the Available Trees menu.
A list of Saved Filters is displayed. - Either click on the plus

- sign and then select New Saved Filter

Once selected, the user will be prompted with the below popup that they need to fill out or cancel.
- Name - pick a name for the saved filter
- Filter - pick a filter of what you want to query for in the database
Once done, click on the Add button to create it. Then it will display the Saved Filter in the grid view where they can see quick info on it or any they may have.

- Enter a Filter.
- Select the Add button.
- The Saved Filter is displayed in grid view.
- You now have a Saved Filter that can be used with the Tag Bundles Tree.

Edit
To delete a Saved Filter, the user can accomplish this a few ways and they are below.edit a Saved Filter:
- Select Saved Filters from the Available Trees menu.
A list of Saved Filters is displayed. - Select the Saved Filter to be edited.
The Saved Filter heading turns from light to medium blue. - Select the Edit button on the grid view side.
- Select parent tree and then clicking on the minus sign

If the user has a lot of Saved Filters, they can use the "New Folder" option to organize them.

Grid View Results
Once the user has created a Saved Filter, they can view the records it returns by selecting the Saved Filter under the parent tree in Available Trees panel.
