Remove Demo database

If your employing FIN Stack on a live job you will most likely need to remove the Demo database (which comes with every FIN Stack install) in order to free up cap space.

Below are instructions & screenshots on how to properly remove the demo database:

If you have an existing database or are upgrading from a previous version of FIN Stack that already has an existing database you can skip steps 1-3

Make sure you have at least one project in your DB folder before deleting the demo database

1. Install FIN Framework - Start the service

2. Go to the Host's "Project Management" section & Create a new project

3. stop the FIN Framework service and delete the 'demo' folder. (FIN Install Folder > var > proj)
