We have created this tool to allow the user to specify the immediate subscription off time. This allows the user to control when not to receive alarms like after hours or midnight etc. At least one or more users need to have “Topic Emails” configured to use this tool.

This needs to be ran every time after any “Topic Emails” have been configured on a user that hasn’t had any configured before so that the emailSilenceEndTime and emailSilenceStartTime tags get added to the user with the specified set times.

How to use Set Immediate Subscription Off Time

First, the user will go to Folio app → Launch.

Once inside the Folio App, the user will select Tools option.

In the Tools list, the user will select the Subscriptions option.

Then the user will find the Set Immediate Subscription Off Time option.

Once the user selects it, the Set Immediate Subscription Off Time popup will appear. From here the user can select the time frame desired for after hours (off time). By default it is set from 11:59 pm to 12:01 am.

Once the user selects a time frame, they would select Apply. Thats it, now they won't receive alarms during those off hours.
