Alarm Settings

There are couple settings that are available to the users to control the alarm notifications. They are the ability to disable the notifications and adjust the poll rate.

How to use

If the user would like to modify these settings, they can do so by first opening the App Launcher from the top left corner

1. Select the App Launcher icon on the top left

2. Select the Settings tile under Advanced Apps

3. Select the Alarm option under Legacy Settings

4. The form Alarm Settings will open, where the user can modify those settings as desired.

  • Alarm Poll Rate: Is how often the Alarm App queries the alarm database for new alarm records to show in the Alarm App.

  • Disabling the Alarm Notifications: Stops the Alarm Pop-ups from occurring. It doesn’t interfere with any other function of the alarm mechanisms.
