Accessing the new Customer Service Desk portal

Logging in with Siemens ID

To access the Customer Service Desk, you will need a valid Siemens ID account.

Please note that you might already have one if, for example, you accessed your partner folder on SharePoint.

The portal URL is https://jsm.cld.siemens.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/3202

Already have an account?

Not sure if you already have an account? Try logging in and eventually resetting your password.
If you don’t receive any email, then you have no account yet.

Simply log in with your email address and password; if you forgot your password, you will have an option to reset it.

Don’t have an account?

If you don’t have a Siemens ID account yet, click on “Create one” and follow the instructions:

Accessing the portal

Once you get a valid Siemens ID account, you will need to be enrolled in the J2 Innovations Customer Service Desk portal.

If you were already an active user of the late portal, you don’t need to do anything.
