The FIN 5.1.5-2 (Patch) is a patch to the initial 5.1.5 release that resolves the following issues.

Note: No migration required from 5.1+. Migration is required from 5.0 to 5.1+.

All Fixes & Enhancements

	BACnet: Ability to update the APDU and TSML pool size through Folio.
	BACnet: Improved synchronization for unConfirmedCOVNotification, confirmedCOVNotification, unConfirmedEventNotification, and confirmedEventNotification BACnet services. This resolves issues with alarms, enhancing the process for multiple alarm requests.
	BACnet: Improved performance when writing schedules.
	BACnet: Fixed an issue where the schedule events weren't being written correctly to the device.
	DB Builder: Deleting equip with subequip will now properly delete everything below them.
	Language Translation Update: Chinese
	Tuning Policy: When creating a new tuning policy through Folio -> Tools will no longer throw an error.
