Bacnet Discovery in Slow Networks

A few customers seem to have slow connections which then kills the bacnet discover if there are devices that are already talking and polling. A good practice would be to disable all the connectors and then retry the discover. 

Another key thing to this is also making the bacnetPollFreq really really slow. By default without the tag its 5 sec which is for really fast networks. Our suggestion is making it anywhere between 30sec to 2min depending on what your seeing.
