Note: No migration required from 5.1+. Migration is required from 5.0 to 5.1+. 

The FIN 5.1.5-0 (Patch) is a quick patch to the initial 5.1.5 release to resolve an alarm issue where whenever an alarm transitions happens (going into alarm or into normal) and that alarm also existed the day before, one of two issues will occur:

1. If the previous day’s alarm had not been acknowledged, then the transition will not execute successfully.

2. Otherwise, the transition will be successful, however it will corrupt the alarms of the previous day, causing one to be unable to read the alarms of the previous day.
